Kamil Nagorski
An Architect of Digital Realities
Biographical Note
Forged in the crucible of communist Poland, Kamil Nagorski’s story is one of defying limitations. Born in 1971, his innate talent for logic and systems became apparent at age 11, when, as a 5th grader, he won a provincial mathematics Olympiad designed for 8th graders. A year later, he entered the digital age, assembling a Sinclair ZX81 computer from a DIY kit smuggled from West Germany – an almost unheard-of feat in that era.
This early passion for technology found a unique home at the Łódź Planetarium and IT Center, a pioneering institution years ahead of its time. It was there, surrounded by stars and nascent computer science, that he learned the foundational languages of programming: Assembler, BASIC, and C.
However, Kamil was a product of two worlds. While his mind was drawn to technology, his soul was steeped in art. Raised in a family where creativity was the air he breathed, his grandfather a landscape painter and art historian, his father a TV producer and actor, his aunt the artistic director of TVP Kraków, he was destined to live at the intersection of these two domains.
In 1988, seeking freedom and opportunity, he moved to Sweden. It was there that his two passions finally merged, leading him to establish businesses that combined cutting, edge technology with art and media.
The last three decades have been a masterclass in this synthesis. The current culmination of this journey, BlackBox AI, is the natural consequence of a lifetime spent understanding progress and respecting roots. This unique fusion of skills has a name: Kamil’s proprietary methodology, LLM Seed Engineering™. It is the final form of a conglomerate of skills, designed to provide others with the same sovereign control over technology that he has pursued his entire life.
